IMAGE OS is a salon operating system built and operated by PKNT ENTERPRISES LLC (“we,” “us”). Salon-suite studios use IMAGE OS to run their business: answering inquiries, scheduling tours, and communicating with the salon professionals and prospective tenants who contact them. This policy covers imageos.co and the communications the platform carries on behalf of participating studios.
When you contact a studio — by text message, phone call, or a form on a studio’s website — we receive the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages. For studio staff and owners with IMAGE OS accounts, we also hold account information (name, email, role) and the business records the studio keeps in the platform.
To deliver the service: routing your messages to the studio you contacted, helping the studio reply, scheduling tours you request, and keeping the studio’s records of its own conversations. We use aggregated, de-identified information to improve the platform.
We share information only with the studio you contacted, and with the service providers that make the platform work (such as messaging carriers and cloud infrastructure), each bound to use it only to provide their service. We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You opt in to text messages from a studio by texting its published business number, by submitting your phone number through a studio form that discloses text messaging, or by providing your number in person. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We keep conversation records for as long as the studio needs them to serve you and meet its legal obligations, and we protect them with industry-standard security controls. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
