IMAGE OS is a salon operating system operated by PKNT ENTERPRISES LLC (“we,” “us”). Participating salon-suite studios use it to run their business, including communicating with people who contact them about suites, tours, and services. By using imageos.co or communicating with a studio through the platform, you agree to these terms.
Participating studios send customer-care text messages from their business phone numbers through IMAGE OS: replies to your inquiries, tour scheduling and confirmations, and follow-ups to conversations you started. You enroll by texting a studio’s published number, submitting your phone number through a studio form that discloses text messaging, or providing it in person.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact support@imageos.co. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Studio users of the platform agree to communicate lawfully, honor opt-outs, and only message people who contacted their studio or otherwise consented. We may suspend access that violates these terms or applicable law.
Studio account holders are responsible for their credentials and for the business content they store on the platform. Each studio owns its business records; we operate the platform that holds them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKNT ENTERPRISES LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability to the amount the applicable customer paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
