Tenean is business software operated by PKNT ENTERPRISES LLC (“we,” “us”). Participating businesses use it to run their operations, including communicating with people who contact them about their services, appointments and tours. By using app.tenean.com or communicating with a business through the platform, you agree to these terms.
Participating businesses send customer-care text messages from their business phone numbers through Tenean: replies to your inquiries, appointment and tour scheduling and confirmations, and follow-ups to conversations you started. You enroll by texting a business’s published number, submitting your phone number through a business’s form that discloses text messaging, or providing it in person.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact support@tenean.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Business users of the platform agree to communicate lawfully, honor opt-outs, and only message people who contacted their business or otherwise consented. We may suspend access that violates these terms or applicable law.
Business account holders are responsible for their credentials and for the business content they store on the platform. Each business owns its business records; we operate the platform that holds them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features work with services run by other companies, such as QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Stripe, Google and Meta. To use one, a business connects its own account with that service. The business’s use of that service stays subject to that service’s own terms; those companies are not party to these terms, and we are not responsible for their services, their availability or changes they make.
By connecting a service, the business authorizes Tenean to use it as described when connecting and in our Privacy Policy, and confirms it has the right to connect that account. The business can disconnect a service at any time. Records already sent to a connected service, such as invoices sent to QuickBooks Online, stay in that service under the business’s control.
Tenean sends a business’s records to its accounting software as the business sets it up, but the business remains responsible for its own books and for checking what is sent. Tenean does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKNT ENTERPRISES LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability to the amount the applicable customer paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
